The Answers You Need

  • Can I pre-order a sale item?
    In the rare event where you may be trying to purchase an item that is out of stock at the moment, you can get in touch with us to pre-order the item or place an item request. We are able to acquire items from manufacturers and distributors within 8 to 14 days. We can also assist you in acquiring items not present on our site from a variety of brands. Feel free to get in touch regarding any motorcycle gear, accessories or parts you may be looking for.
  • What is your return policy?
    In the rare event where you have purchased a NEW item that has a defect, you have the option to make a return within 15 days of your purchase. This is provided there is no physical damage to the item, all the tags are intact and the product is in its original packaging. Used parts are not warrantied.
  • What are your payment options?
    For purchases made online via our website, we currently accept payments made via mobile money, credit card or debit card. Orders will only be dispatched when payment is made and confirmed. In store purchases can be made via cash or mobile money. Alternatively, we offer the option to run in store purchases via our online payment gateway thus granting you the option to make card purchases, this option comes with an additional 4.5% service fee.
